a. NEW PATIENT CONTACT: High especially if we don’t know COVID status of each new member of Public. Mask must be worn by staff and contact person.
b. EXISTING PATIENT CONTACT: We would refer to Portal Link regarding COVID status. No mask needs to be worn if negative to COVID risks.

Reception Area
Risks of Contact: ONE patient at a time allowed into premises. LOW risks to spread.
Decision: Mask do not need to always be worn by any Patient or Staff or dentist. Our staff would attempt wearing a mask as much as possible.
In Dental Surgery/Clinical Environment
Risks of Contact: HIGH as aerosol spread still a concern
Decision: Mask MUST always be worn by Staff or dentist. Our staff would attempt wearing a mask as much as possible. In an event that we need to catch our breath, we would let you know during any session.
When other Patients are present or come into contact
