We have experienced an increasing number of patients making enquiries (by email or telephone or in person) after their examination or treatment or single tooth assessment appointments. This is now taking up quite a large amount of our clinicians’ surgery time to reply to clinical enquiries. Please note we would charge and complete for treatment quoted. All surgery time after that is NOT included in the initial fees paid. Our surgeons would be happy to answer any of your enquiries, but subject to our fees being paid and the diary being blocked off for your enquiry.
